Rates are flat today. Today's rates with no lender fees are 3.625% APR on a 30 year, 2.875% APR on a 15 year and 2.750% APR on a 10 year. (click here for details)

So I don't know about you, but I'm always looking for ways to save money.
Check it out in today's video:

If you're looking to save money on your biggest monthly expense - your mortgage - listen up.
Here are three moves that may be able to put some money back into your wallet ... or purse ... or man bag.
1. Lump your homeowner's insurance together with your other insurance policies. If you put all your cars, boat, trailer, moped and your house under one policy with the same company, you will see a big discount on your premiums.
2. Check your credit. You pay interest on any loan you take out. That interest is strongly determined by your three-digit number - your credit score. Check your credit at least once a year, and make sure you are doing what it takes to continually improve your credit score.
3. Use your appraisal to your advantage. So if you just purchased a house or are refinancing your mortgage and the appraised value is lower than the city's assessed value, you my friend, need to get your butt down to the city's assessor's office and dispute your real estate taxes.
They are not going to come knocking on your door to lower your taxes. It's up to you to take action and save money!
And with all that money I helped you save today and in the past you might just want to click on the GIVE A LITTLE button. You can donate to the Ronald McDonald house if you feel I saved you some money! You know I did!
Well, that's all I have for today, but remember, to email or post your questions below. I answer every question. And if you'd like a specific mortgage quote, just fill out the GET HELP section.
